We will clean up common litter that is dropped or left on properties such as food wrappers, empty food and drink containers, paper, and cigarette remains. 

What we do not clean up and would refer you to a junk/debris removal service are illegally dumped items (like furniture, TVs, etc.), vegetation, rocks, sand, gravel, salt, dead animals, construction debris, and hazardous waste materials.

To ensure your park lot and surrounding areas are always presentable and clean for customers we recommend our daily litter removal services. This way your customers aren’t watching litter and trash accumulate more and more each day and your property maintains a clean and professional appearance.

To most effectively clean a parking lot we perform our services outside of your usual business hours so we don’t miss any litter underneath parked cars and we don’t disturb your customers and tenants.
